Minimum of 10 years of experience as a General Superintendent in asphalt paving operations
Proven ability to supervise a crew of at least 200 employees in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of heavy highway construction equipment and materials
Proficient in computer applications and office software for project management and reporting
Familiarity with US and State DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations related to roadway construction projects

Job Responsibility

Supervise all field operations, including paving, milling, mass grading, and utility crews
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
Manage and coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics for effective project execution
Provide leadership and guidance to crew members and foster a positive team environment
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
