Job Responsibility:
Lead the formulation and execution of targeted sales plans to support overall business growth across various customer segments
Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives that boost revenue and expand market share
Stay informed on market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry developments to adapt and enhance sales approaches
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear KPIs, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Establish, nurture, and manage strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure continued trust and satisfaction
Act as the face of the company at industry functions, trade exhibitions, and client engagements to strengthen brand presence and reputation
Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline activities
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
10–15 years of progressive experience in sales
Minimum of 7 years in a senior or strategic leadership capacity
Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills
Skilled in the use of CRM platforms, data analysis tools, and performance monitoring systems
A strong track record of managing sales functions within diverse or multi-industry organisations
