We’re seeking an experienced General Sales Manager who can build on our strong foundations and guide this talented, motivated team to the next level. Job Responsibility

  • Guide and support a team that includes 2 Business Managers and 8 Sales Executives
  • Create a consistent, well‑structured sales process through regular coaching, clear communication and active involvement in customer interactions
  • Inspire both your team and customers with Volkswagen’s diverse product range
  • Improve sales performance, profitability and overall efficiency
  • Help your team achieve their goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager, ideally in a main dealership
  • A collaborative, motivational leadership style with a passion for people and performance
  • Strong commercial acumen with a commitment to ethical, customer‑focused practice
  • Values‑driven, with integrity, resilience, and the ability to set clear goals for yourself and your team
