Job Description:

Runners work across departments to ensure that guests and associates have what they need. Role requires moving items, supporting various hotel departments, and ensuring smooth operations. Job involves physical activity, maintaining quality standards, and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Build a memorable and unique experience for guests
deliver items to guests in their room or provide support to other departments
ensure a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
uphold quality standards
ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
take a hands-on approach to work
perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance
reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
