Job Description:

This role involves ensuring that guests and associates have what they need at the right time by delivering items, supporting various departments, and providing excellent service in a luxury hotel setting. Employees will learn and exemplify The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards while working in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver items directly to guests in their room
provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, or the front office
ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel
uphold guest experience by fulfilling their needs promptly
follow company policies and procedures
ensure a safe work environment
maintain professional communication and appearance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended durations
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance
ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
professional communication
adherence to company policies and procedures
maintenance of confidentiality
upholding of quality standards
professional uniform and appearance
