Job Description:

At Marriott International's W Miami, the General Runner ensures smooth hotel operations by assisting various departments and providing memorable guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver items directly to guests in their room
provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and the front office
move about the space to ensure smooth hotel operations
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
complete other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance
ability to reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
ability to visually verify information and inspect tools or equipment
willingness to uphold quality standards and maintain a professional appearance.
