Job Responsibility

General electrical work includes installing light bulbs in streetlights throughout the property, changing photocells, troubleshooting, coordinating with contractors, and marking lights with a Dynatel cable locator

Assemble, install, and remove for sale signs

General maintenance tasks at the homeowner's association office
Track maintenance and schedule repairs for all company vehicles
