You will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex programs across various departments to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Job Responsibility

  • Impact the strategy and execution for AnsibleHealth's general operations, clinical operations, and technology initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Work independently on projects through the full life cycle, overseeing clinical, operational, and technology aspects
  • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
  • Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Establish program governance structures and processes, including risk management, issue management, and change management
  • Monitor and report on program progress, status, and performance to stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders at all levels
  • Continuously identify and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Facilitate program-related meetings and workshops
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive program success and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from one of the top five universities in the Philippines
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 0-5 years of relevant work experience is an advantage but not required
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and platforms
