Job Responsibility:

  • Check production work schedules for job assignment and reporting times
  • operate and maintain automated production equipment such as mixers, dough pumps, scalers, dividers, rounders, and proofers
  • perform start-up, shut down sanitation, and operator’s preventative maintenance
  • ensure workspace cleanliness and organization
  • follow safety protocols and company policies such as EEO and harassment prevention
  • conduct quality control inspections on finished products
  • assist with machinery troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • two years related bakery or production experience
  • ability to perform physical tasks associated with production line work
  • willingness to rotate assignments within production
  • capable of working flexible shifts
  • compliance with company safety and operational policies
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • ability to operate and troubleshoot automated production equipment
  • knowledge of baking production processes
  • strong attention to detail and quality control
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • commitment to workplace safety and sanitation standards
