Job Description:

We are looking for a General Operative to join our production team based at our Castleblayney site on a full time permanent basis. Working a Morning and Afternoon rotating shift pattern (08:00 - 16:00 / 14:00 - 00:00) on our state-of-the-art Manufacturing line.

Job Responsibility:

Running our production processes efficiently
Ensuring safety, quality, quantity, cost, and time all meet operational standards
Reducing waste and down time
Supporting the development and improvement of all production processes

Requirements:

Flexible and willing to be trained in multiple areas
Be a good team player with a “Can do attitude”
Full driving licence
Accredited lift truck training
Previous experience working in a factory/ manufacturing process environment
Able to follow instruction and production schedules
Basic understanding of touch screen technology
Experience of working with various IT programs i.e. MS Word, Excel, SAP
Able to act quickly when problems arise
