Job Description

We are looking for a General Operative to join our production team based at our Castleblayney site on a full time permanent basis. Working a Morning and Afternoon rotating shift pattern (08:00 - 16:00 / 14:00 - 00:00) on our state-of-the-art Manufacturing line.

Job Responsibility

  • Running our production processes efficiently
  • Ensuring safety, quality, quantity, cost, and time all meet operational standards
  • Reducing waste and down time
  • Supporting the development and improvement of all production processes

Requirements

  • Flexible and willing to be trained in multiple areas
  • Be a good team player with a “Can do attitude”
  • Full driving licence
  • Accredited lift truck training
  • Previous experience working in a factory/ manufacturing process environment
  • Able to follow instruction and production schedules
  • Basic understanding of touch screen technology
  • Experience of working with various IT programs i.e. MS Word, Excel, SAP
  • Able to act quickly when problems arise
