Job Responsibility
Update accounts payable files for prior periods by creating needed folders and placing records in the correct locations
Sort, file, and scan documents accurately to maintain organized and accessible office records
Rework existing filing systems by rearranging materials within current cabinets for better order and efficiency
Move and consolidate paper files as needed to improve storage and document retrieval
Perform routine clerical support tasks that contribute to overall office organization and workflow
Assist with a range of administrative duties as priorities shift, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness
Maintain a neat records environment by checking that files are labeled properly and stored consistently
Requirements
Previous experience in an office support, clerical, or administrative role
Ability to organize high volumes of paper records with strong attention to detail
Experience with filing, document scanning, and general records management
Comfortable handling hands-on administrative tasks throughout the workday
Flexible attitude with a willingness to take on both routine and varied assignments
Reliable work habits and the ability to follow established filing and organization procedures
