Robert Half is seeking a General Office Clerk to join the team of an Educational Organization on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this General Office Clerk role, you will provide essential clerical support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. Tasks include handling administrative duties, assisting with document management, and light data entry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organize and maintain files by copying, scanning, and filing important documents
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately
  • Enter data into systems with precision when required to support departmental needs
  • Assist in creating and updating documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the department operates effectively
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace to facilitate quick access to important information
  • Collaborate with team members to complete various clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Experience in scanning, filing, and copying documents
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • 6 months or more prior administrative or clerical experience.
