Our client is looking for a General Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. Job Responsibility:
Perform filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
Assist with shipping paperwork, invoices, and recordkeeping
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department
Maintain office files and update documentation accurately
Support inventory and order tracking processes
Sort mail, distribute documents, and assist with clerical requests
Help coordinate communication between office and operations staff
Complete other general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Ability to answer phones and provide excellent customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency
Must currently reside in Hawaii due to onsite work requirements
