We are looking for a dedicated General Office Clerk to join our team in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania. This position offers a long-term contract opportunity and requires approximately 20 hours of work per week, with flexible scheduling options. Job Responsibility:
Perform general administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations
Procure and manage office supplies to ensure availability and proper organization
Coordinate and arrange lunches and refreshments for team events and meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution
Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access and proper documentation
Scan and digitize documents to maintain accurate electronic records
Assist with data entry tasks to support various administrative processes
Provide back-office support to team members as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in office administration or clerical roles
Proficiency in scanning, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records
