Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day clerical activities that help maintain efficient office operations
Organize, file, and update both physical documents and digital records to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outbound correspondence, parcels, and shipping materials
Use standard office equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines, to complete administrative tasks
Track office supply levels, coordinate replenishment, and restock materials to support staff needs
Enter and update information in office records and databases with a high level of accuracy
Provide back-office assistance to team members and leadership on administrative assignments and special projects
Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
Proficiency in scanning, document handling, and maintaining organized filing systems
Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
