We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Walnut Creek, California. This position will last approximately one month and involves supporting back-office operations effectively and efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Scan physical documents and ensure each file is accurately named and stored in the correct digital folder
Maintain the organization of digital files to streamline access and retrieval
Perform routine data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Support general office operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure compliance with company standards for file management and document handling
Collaborate with team members to complete projects within established deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in scanning and organizing documents in digital formats
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in file naming and placement
Ability to work independently and maintain focus during repetitive tasks
Solid organizational skills for managing multiple files and tasks
Experience with basic data entry and general office operations
Nice to have:
Familiarity with digital file management systems is preferred
