We are looking for dependable General Office Clerks to support a short-term Contract assignment in Kerhonkson, New York. In this role, you will travel to school sites within the district and use an iPad to record, organize, and photograph furniture inventory with accuracy and attention to detail. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working independently, managing documentation carefully, and completing a fast-paced two-day project.
Job Responsibility
Travel to assigned school locations and complete onsite furniture audits across district buildings
Use an iPad to capture inventory details, enter information accurately, and photograph desks, tables, and related items
Review collected data for completeness and organize records so documentation is easy to track and retrieve
Maintain clear and orderly files, including scanned or digital materials gathered during the project
Coordinate basic administrative tasks tied to documentation, reporting, and item tracking
Support shipping or movement-related recordkeeping if materials or supplies need to be logged during the assignment
Requirements
Previous experience in administrative support, clerical work, or data entry
Confidence using an iPad or similar mobile device for documentation and photo capture
Ability to travel independently to school sites within the assigned area
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and reviewing information
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and general office systems
Ability to organize files, scan documents, and manage records efficiently
Reliable availability to complete a short-term two-day Contract assignment during scheduled work hours
