We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations for a payroll services environment in Honolulu, Hawaii. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a wide range of clerical tasks with accuracy. The right candidate will help keep records current, manage document flow, and provide dependable assistance in a fast-paced setting.
Job Responsibility
Process, scan, and index paper and electronic documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
Organize files and supporting materials so information can be retrieved quickly and efficiently
Enter data into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy while reviewing entries for completeness
Provide day-to-day administrative support for back-office operations and general clerical activities
Maintain orderly filing systems by sorting, labeling, and storing documents according to established procedures
Assist with errands and other office-related tasks that help teams stay productive and on schedule
Review documents for errors or missing information and follow up to ensure records are properly updated
Requirements
At least 1 year of clerical or general office experience
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately
Proven skills in scanning, filing, document organization, and data entry
Reliable work habits with a consistent and detail-focused approach to daily responsibilities
Access to a personal vehicle for running work-related errands as needed
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while staying organized
Comfortable working in a support role within a busy office environment
