We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team in Kenner, Louisiana. This long-term contract position involves performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Job Responsibility:
Compile and draft correspondences with attention to detail in line with established formats and guidelines
Serve as the first point of contact by managing front desk operations and providing receptionist support
Perform essential office tasks such as data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
Distribute incoming leads and ensure proper documentation and follow-up
Support team members by assisting with diverse projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities
Capable of working independently and completing assignments with minimal supervision
Adaptable to implementing procedural changes and improving workflows promptly
Skilled in operating standard office equipment and managing the routing of incoming materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is highly preferred
Strong customer service abilities and experience handling multi-line phone systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
