Job Responsibility
Digitize paper records by scanning documents accurately and ensuring files are saved in the appropriate locations
Prepare and process checks with care, following established administrative procedures and maintaining accurate records
Arrange, sort, and maintain physical and electronic files so information can be retrieved quickly when needed
Enter routine data into office systems with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
Provide general back-office assistance to support daily administrative operations and team needs
Review documents for completeness before filing or scanning to help maintain orderly and reliable records.
Requirements
Previous experience in a clerical, administrative, or general office support role
Proficiency in document scanning, file organization, and other routine office tasks
Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to manage both paper-based and digital records in an organized manner
Comfortable working onsite in Los Angeles, California, on a part-time schedule of three days per week
Basic knowledge of office procedures, including handling documentation and administrative support activities.
