This September, we are launching an exciting new pub concept in the city of London (Liverpool Street) and seeking an outstanding General Manager to lead the journey from pre-opening through launch. This is a rare chance to shape a brand from the ground up. We are looking for a true operator, commercially sharp, relentlessly standards driven, and inspiring. As General Manager, you will have full ownership of the business. You will set the tone, build the culture, and lead a high-performing team to deliver world class guest experiences on every visit. You will be equally at home on the floor, in the detail of the operation, and thinking strategically about how to grow sales, build loyalty, and establish this pub as a destination in its neighbourhood.
