General Manager

Orla Living is a fast-growing pan-European operator specialising in purpose-built student accommodation and residential living. As part of the Homes for Students group, we support over 60,000 beds and €15bn in assets across Europe. With our European headquarters in Dublin and teams across key markets, we combine international expertise with local insight to deliver exceptional living experiences. We are now seeking a General Manager to lead operations at Heyday in Dublin, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding resident experience while maintaining strong operational, financial and compliance standards. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the overall performance of the property, including operational management, team leadership, leasing performance and compliance with Irish property services regulation.
