We are now seeking a General Manager to lead operations at Heyday in Dublin, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding resident experience while maintaining strong operational, financial and compliance standards. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the overall performance of the property, including operational management, team leadership, leasing performance and compliance with Irish property services regulation.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage all on-site operations at Heyday
Ensure the delivery of an exceptional resident experience and strong community environment
Oversee building standards, facilities management and health and safety compliance
Implement operational policies, procedures and service standards
Drive occupancy and leasing performance in line with business targets
Oversee leasing activity, viewings, applications and resident onboarding
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Dublin PBSA market
Support marketing and sales strategies to maximise revenue
Manage site budgets and monitor financial performance
Oversee rent collection, arrears management and reporting
Ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control
Recruit, develop and manage the on-site team
Foster a positive, high-performing team culture
Support training and professional development
Ensure the property operates in full compliance with Irish legislation and regulatory requirements
Maintain compliance with the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011
Ensure all regulated property management and letting activities are carried out in line with PSRA licensing requirements
Requirements:
A current PSRA Licence (Category C – Property Management Services) issued by the Property Services Regulatory Authority, or actively working towards obtaining the licence
Proven experience managing residential, PBSA, or multi-unit property operations
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and operational management ability
Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability
Experience managing resident services and community engagement
Nice to have:
Experience within PBSA or residential living environments
Knowledge of the Dublin rental market
Experience working within a regulated property services environment in Ireland
