Requirements:
Strong track record as a General Manager within the motor retail sector
Proven success in new and used vehicle sales
Strong leadership skills and a track record to prove so
Ability to motivate and inspire a team
Ability to ensure policies, processes and legislation are adhered to
Ability to prioritise customer and colleague health and safety
Drive to achieve excellence by delivering both financial and customer centric results
