We are seeking a General Manager to lead our Luton Casino. This welcoming and vibrant venue offers a blend of traditional games such as Roulette and Blackjack, alongside modern slot machines and electronic gaming terminals. The successful candidate will have previous gaming experience, currently holding a General Manager or Deputy General Manager position. Job Responsibility
Establish and maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the Casino
Ensuring that Business Deliverables and Key Performance Indicators are met and maintained throughout the casino
Working to deliver profitable business growth in line with Company strategy, adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and Gambling Commission guidelines
Demonstrate ability to motivate, develop and deploy staff within all areas of the Casino
Manage and support the development and training of all employees to maximise their potential through improving financial and operational performance
Ensure excellent internal communication within the casino and with other Casinos, regional teams and central support functions
Requirements
Previous gaming experience
Currently hold a General Manager or Deputy General Manager position
Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service
Building a highly engaged team
Delivering excellent business results
Ability to motivate, develop and deploy staff
Manage and support development and training of all employees
Ensure excellent internal communication
Engaging and inspiring leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High levels of commercial awareness
Self-motivated and highly driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous relevant experience in leisure industry (shifts including late nights, F&B/hospitality, hotels, retail and leisure businesses)
Over 18 years of age
