The iNUA Hotel Collection is seeking a resilient and commercially driven General Manager to lead the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cork. Situated in the heart of Little Island’s business hub, the hotel represents a significant piece of the region’s hospitality infrastructure, particularly within the M&E and corporate sectors.
Job Responsibility:
Driving RevPAR through sophisticated revenue management and a rigorous approach to cost control in a high-volume environment
Acting as a champion for the iNUA Hotel Collection values, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive, high-energy workplace where talent is nurtured, and colleague engagement is a primary KPI
Leading a complex operation across 126 rooms, extensive leisure facilities, and versatile event suites to ensure consistent delivery of brand standards
Optimising the performance of the hotel’s significant banqueting and conference capacity ensuring operational efficiency and high-yield results
Building a stable, high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and engagement
Positioning the property for long-term success and playing a key role in the broader regional growth objectives of The iNUA Hotel Collection
Requirements:
A successful track record in a full-service, 4-star hotel
The ability to lead with a proactive, solution-focused mindset in a fast-paced and agile business environment
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and total financial management
Highly adept in hospitality technology
A natural leader who inspires confidence, promotes inclusivity, and excels at stakeholder management
