Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the Executive Ops Manager to turn strategic vision into reality
Oversee day-to-day management across catering, venue, and showround teams
Ensure the Crumplebury experience is flawless from first inquiry to last dance
Use experience in multi-revenue spaces to kickstart new, exciting events
Curate a vibrant events calendar
Requirements:
2+ years as a GM (or equivalent seniority) in a high-volume, premium hospitality environment
Personal License holder
full UK work eligibility
valid driver's license
financial literacy (P&L)
experience creating new revenue streams
leadership in luxury service environments
ability to inspire a multi-disciplinary team
passion for fine food, great wine, and high service standards
