Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at Space 220 in Orlando, Florida. This role requires a leader with strong financial acumen who can drive results while maintaining exceptional operational control. The ideal candidate will bring impeccable customer service skills and a natural ability to create memorable, engaging, and truly elevated guest experiences that keep guests returning. As General Manager, you will share our passion for delivering the highest quality food, drinks and service, taking pride in the impact you make on every guest's experience. You will leverage your inspiring leadership and training capabilities to effectively manage people, processes, budgets, and expenses while fostering a culture of excellence across the team.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • Review financial statements and other performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement, and determine areas that need cost reduction and program improvement
  • Carry out administrative duties such as scheduling of team members, workforce planning, training, sales tracking, labor tracking, petty cash, deposits, inventories, ordering, account payables and receivables, and P&L accounting
  • Establish standard operating procedures for supervising, inspiring, and motivating all front-of-the-house team members
  • Oversee standard operating procedures for the front and back of the house for food and menu specifications, food handling, food safety requirements in compliance with Health Department standards, receiving, and storage procedures
  • Proven experience in training and developing managers and staff

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a upscale high volume full-service restaurant, hotel, or other food and beverage location
  • Strong financial and computer skills with experience working with and understanding P&L's, service and labor cost budget monitoring and management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours, as needed
  • Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to deal effectively with all types of business contacts, employee affairs, and customers
  • Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs, point of sale systems, and online or digital reservation systems
  • No degree required
