Job Description

General Manager – Old Trafford, Manchester United | Full-Time / Permanent. Job Responsibility

  • Leads strategic planning through strong client collaboration, structured execution, and market insight
  • Owns end-to-end hospitality operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, quality, and consistency
  • Drives innovation, brand standards, and continuous improvement across all F&B service areas
  • Builds, leads, and develops high-performing hospitality teams with a focus on culture, communication, and engagement
  • Accountable for financial performance, using data-driven insights to control costs and grow revenue
