Job Responsibility:
Focus on providing high-quality person-centred care in line with regulatory standards
Supporting/developing the staff team
Ensuring the operational and financial performance of the home
Requirements:
A minimum of experience managing a care home or similar healthcare service
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with budget management and financial oversight
Knowledgeable on Health & Social Care legislation and regulatory standards
Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
