Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations at a high-energy pet boarding and daycare business, driving both excellence in care and operational success.

Job Responsibility:

Managing day-to-day facility operations across department
Leading and mentoring a team while maintaining proper staff-to-dog ratios
Handling accounts receivable and daily financial reporting
Overseeing HR functions including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll
Ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and animal care
Foster a positive and collaborative work culture through effective communication and mentorship

Requirements:

Strong foundation in HR functions including staff supervision, scheduling, and payroll
Excellent planning, organizational, and budgeting skills
Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable
Confident working hands-on with both dogs and cats
Comfortable leading from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Skilled in using scheduling or POS software systems
Able to identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements
