Requirements:
Strong foundation in HR functions including staff supervision, scheduling, and payroll
Excellent planning, organizational, and budgeting skills
Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable
Confident working hands-on with both dogs and cats
Comfortable leading from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Skilled in using scheduling or POS software systems
Able to identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements
