We are looking for an experienced General Manager to work with us in London.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing Lunch and snacking programme - Lunch is CPU based
  • People and customer centric attitude and focus
  • Manage underperformance and coach
  • Train the team to deliver on clients expectations
  • Needs to be a foodie and able to translate customer feedback into tangible feedback to CPU and wider stakeholders
  • Will manage front and back of house total team up to 20 people
  • Ability to manage budgets and labour finance, always looking for more efficient and practical solutions
  • Present new Snacking options to the client and therefore needs to keep abreast of trends

Requirements

  • Ideally candidates with experience within B&I catering
  • A foodie led leader who is keen to develop and inspire a team of up to 15
  • A leader who likes to lead from the front and build great client relationships
