Job Description:

Oversee daily operations of restaurants/bars and room service, maintain high standards for service and sanitation, ensure guest and employee satisfaction, lead and manage the food and beverage team, and drive financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

Supervises and manages employees
manages all day-to-day operations
maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas
reviews staffing levels
utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence
builds mutual trust and cooperation among team members
develops goals and plans to accomplish work
ensures compliance with food and beverage policies and applicable laws
ensures exceptional customer service
handles guest complaints
manages service delivery in outlets
supervises daily shift operations in absence of Assistant Restaurant Manager
oversees the financial aspects of the department.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
