General Manager

Fresh are seeking a dynamic and passionate General Manager to oversee operations at our student accommodation development New Orient House. New Orient House is a 184 bed student accommodation building that has a games area and cinema room. We’re looking for a General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values excellence and wants to make a meaningful impact on residents within the building they are managing. In this role you will be responsible for leading a dedicated on-site team and working closely with them to create a supportive yet safe living environment for residents to reside. Your leadership will set the tone for the property, fostering collaboration and encouraging everyone to go above and beyond to make the resident feel welcome. A key responsibility of the General Manager is to oversee the effective management of the building. This includes managing budgets, liaising with stakeholders, and proactively seeking solutions to ensure the site continues to deliver exceptional performance.
