Job Description

We help children ages 4 months to 12 years learn to swim and be safer in and around the water through a fun, proven curriculum in a warm, nurturing environment while serving as a trusted pillar in our community. A great General Manager does more than run operations. They build culture, develop leaders, drive accountability, and create an exceptional experience for families and staff. This role requires someone who can balance people, performance, systems, and service while leading with integrity and ownership. This role is not for someone looking to simply manage shifts. We are looking for leaders who develop people, solve problems proactively, and elevate the culture around them.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to balance leadership, operational execution, customer experience, and team development in a fast-paced environment
  • Aquatics experience preferred
  • Leadership and value alignment are critical
  • Must attain Lifeguard certification, Goldfish Swim Instructor certification, and CPO within 90 Days of employment
