Job Description:

Functions as the primary strategic business leader of a full-service property and responsible for the leadership and management of a designated cluster of properties. Responsible for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment. Leads the leadership teams in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for all aspects of operation including guest and employee satisfaction
Human resources management
Financial performance management
Sales and revenue generation
Delivering return on investment
Leads leadership teams in development and implementation of property-wide strategies
Ensures implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives
Builds relationships with key customers through personal involvement in sales process
Serves as principal interface with property ownership
Oversees pre-opening processes for new build units

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 6 years' experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
Experience in property leadership and management
Experience in sales and revenue generation
Experience in hotel operations management
Experience in human resources management
Experience in financial performance management
Experience in owner relationship management
