Job Description:

The General Manager for AC Hotel by Marriott in Hangzhou is responsible for all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring profitability, managing a dynamic team, delivering high-quality service, and implementing brand strategies. This role involves operations, sales, marketing, human resource development, and building guest and community relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Managing AC Hotels operations and department budgets
managing beverage and food operations
managing and sustaining sales and marketing strategy
managing and conducting human resource activities
managing profitability
maintaining revenue management goals
managing relationships with property stakeholders
additional administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
8 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
6 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
