Job Description:

General Manager role working across Tamworth, Dudley, and Birmingham Fort restaurants. Assigned a home store with expectation to support other two locations until permanent store becomes available. Role involves being brand ambassador, ensuring excellent customer service while demonstrating leadership, coaching and direction. Bringing Five Guys values to life for team and customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage, control and be accountable for store day-to-day operations and results
  • Lead, inspire and coach teams to ensure restaurant delivers profitability
  • Optimise all sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service
