Job Responsibility:
manage daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and adherence to quality standards
lead and motivate a team of Department and Shift Managers
set restaurant and department goals and monitor progress
hire, train, and develop management team members
ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
analyze financial reports and manage inventory and labor costs
maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality
Requirements:
must be 18 years or older
prior general manager experience with high volume locations
experience in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors
ability to lead and develop management teams
strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
excellent organizational skills
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
