We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our full-service fine dining restaurant. This role is responsible for overseeing all facets of the business. The General Manager serves as the primary leader of the restaurant team, directly supervising all Managers to ensure exceptional execution across the board.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage budgets, monitor sales and profitability
Oversee inventory, ordering, and waste reduction
Prepare financial reports for leadership review
Hire, train, and manage front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support roles
Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs
Manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest experience
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations
Address guest concerns and proactively enhance the customer experience
Monitor satisfaction levels and implement feedback-driven improvements
Ensure adherence to labor laws, alcohol service regulations, and food safety standards
Maintain documentation for inspections and audits
Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager in a restaurant setting
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Calm and professional demeanor under pressure
Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., Resy, Toast) preferred
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field
Experience in upscale, fine dining, high-volume environments
