Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team
Oversee all day-to-day operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and more)
Use data (occupancy, RevPAR, guest scores) to drive smart decisions
Resolve guest issues quickly and thoughtfully
Drive financial performance by growing revenue and managing costs
Partner with sales
Build relationships in local community
Requirements:
Strong leadership experience in hotel operations (GM, AGM, or similar)
A track record of driving results—both people and financial
Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
The ability to balance the big picture with the day-to-day details
A hands-on leadership style—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
