Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire on-site teams while taking full accountability for operational excellence
Recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to consistently deliver a high-quality service
Motivating, developing, and managing a high-performing team
Controlling and managing budgets to drive sustainable financial growth
Building strong internal and external relationships, including client liaison and management reporting
Leading operational excellence and contributing to innovative menu planning
Ensuring full compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care
Requirements:
Proven experience in successfully managing and leading teams
A genuine passion for customer service excellence
A confident, positive, and collaborative leadership style
A self-motivated and innovative approach
Previous experience in management (contract catering experience desirable)
