Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee a wide range of events on site, including weddings, private dining, Christmas and summer parties, conferences, and receptions
  • Support the mobilisation of the contract and lead the operation
  • Manage a small permanent team of two, alongside a larger pool of casual staff for bigger events
  • Building strong relationships with the client

Requirements:

  • Managing turnovers of £500-1million

  • Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients
  • Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering
  • Lead, develop and manage the team staff members
