General Manager - Mid Sussex - £45,000 - £50,000 pa + Benefits. Job Responsibility:

  • Overall responsibility for the delivery of high-quality and efficient grounds maintenance services
  • Responsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the contract including health and safety training development and succession planning
  • Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives
  • Responsibility for ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes
  • Analyse performance using field management and other systems
  • Manage all assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime
