We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead our Vertu KIA Nottingham dealership. You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering a great working relationship with the brand ensuring the operational excellence of the business. People management and leadership skills with the ability to motive and drive a healthy culture are essential. You will be aligned and central to the delivery of our policies and processes. In addition, you will ensure that current legislation, customer and colleague health and safety are prioritised. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager within the motor retail sector, achieving excellence by delivering both profit, customer centric and colleague results.
