Job Description:

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a General Manager to lead our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our hospitality services for football games, concerts, and world-class events. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence and profitability across concessions, luxury suites, catering, and premium clubs—ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of management experience in high volume contract foodservice operations
  • Proven experience managing operations in a major sports venue with annual revenues exceeding $50 million
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, and operational accountability
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in project management
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

  • Candidates with prior experience opening a new sports venue are highly desired
