Job Responsibility

  • Take full operational, strategic, and financial responsibility for our two 25hours Hotels in Frankfurt
  • Lead your team with heart and ensure smooth operations, happy guests, and strong results
  • Juggle budgets as confidently as guest requests, further develop our revenue and F&B concepts together with our restaurant partner, safeguard brand standards, and keep a cool head when it comes to forecasting
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to bring out the very best in the hotels
  • Represent the properties within Frankfurt’s hospitality scene, nurture partnerships, drive projects forward, and keep an eye on technical, quality, and legal matters

Requirements

  • Successfully positioned and operationally led a hotel of comparable size
  • Communicate confidently in both German and English
  • Know the city like the back of your hand and always have a great insider tip to share
  • Inspire people, recognize potential, and actively support your team’s development
  • Take initiative, make decisions, and own them, even when things don’t go perfectly
  • Bring not only experience and expertise, but also character and personality
