As the Divisional President/General Manager, you will be responsible for the full administrative, financial, and sales performance of your assigned operating unit.
Job Responsibility:
Establishing the operating unit's strategic statements and culture of excellence in alignment with the Global Vision
Developing and implementing comprehensive three-year business plans, including detailed annual operating plans and budgets
Directing day-to-day operations to ensure effective customer experiences, business growth, and operational efficiency
Managing the development of personnel, product technology, equipment, and market resources to facilitate future expansion
Ensuring 100% on-time performance reviews and corrective action responses to maintain high standards of employee relations and customer satisfaction
Providing transparent communication through monthly reports to the CEO and quarterly reports to the Board of Directors
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Business and/or Engineering is required
MBA is preferred
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing company
At least 10+ years of business management responsibility within a similar market or industry
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and control operating units, specifically in creating and executing multi-year business and budget plans
Ability to meet specific cognitive and mechanical benchmarks
Must demonstrate the 'Characteristics of a Successful Manager' and a commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality standards
