Job Responsibility
Lead all FOH operations with a focus on precision, consistency, and elevated, experience-driven hospitality
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team and hourly staff across multiple dining environments and service styles
Drive financial performance through disciplined cost control, labor strategy, and operational systems tailored to NYC market demands
Maintain a polished, composed presence on the floor, setting the tone for service, culture, and guest engagement
Partner closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless FOH/BOH alignment and flawless execution of a high-volume, chef-driven menu
Uphold rigorous service standards and ensure every guest interaction reflects the brand’s reputation for energy, warmth, and excellence
Execute strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning, operational growth, and NYC-specific opportunities
Requirements
4–6+ years of senior management experience in upscale, fine-dining, or high-volume chef-driven environments
Proven ability to lead large teams with confidence, clarity, and high expectations
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in cost control, labor management, and operational performance
A leadership style that commands respect and inspires excellence
Exceptional communication skills and a polished, guest-focused presence
Experience with Japanese, omakase, izakaya, or multi-concept dining environments is highly valued
