Job Description:

As the General Manager of our New York City market, you’ll manage the daily operations of 9 locations and oversee a team of 20+ hospitality and operations staff. You’ll set the strategic direction for the market and be responsible for driving customer experience, sales, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Manage daily operations of 9 locations
Oversee a team of 20+ hospitality and operations staff
Set strategic direction for the market
Drive customer experience, sales, and operational excellence
Manage locally-based Area Sales Leads
Be hands-on with market's most complex deals
Launch new locations as market expands
Manage a front-line team to create a workplace experience that welcomes, empowers, and delights members
Work with cross-functional partners in Facilities and Member Tech

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in multi-unit management
Experience leading teams of 5-15 individuals across 3+ locations
Experience with P&L management and developing strategies that drive P&L performance
Experience managing sales teams in an in-person, direct-to-customer environment
Experience working in high-touch service environments and consistently delivering excellent customer experience
Must reside within an easy commuting distance of NYC Industrious locations
