Working closely with our Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll be the General Manager of Canada who will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling our commercial presence in region. We’re entering a defining stage of growth in Canada as healthcare systems modernize how they deliver care, we’re helping them bridge technology, data, and human connection. You will build a high-performing team, execute our go-to-market strategy, and own revenue performance across the region. This is a key role for someone who is strategic, loves building from the ground up, and thrives on cross-functional collaboration. You’ll shape how we go to market through developing our strategy, driving revenue growth, and building meaningful partnerships with customers across the healthcare ecosystem. You’ll help us grow with intention, bringing clarity and structure to how we go-to-market while championing the culture and values that make our growth sustainable. This is a hands-on leadership role that is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure, and can translate vision into velocity.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Canadian Execution: You are the owner of sales, growth, execution, client delivery, and stakeholder alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Partnerships
Own the Canadian GTM strategy: Partner with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to define how we acquire, expand, and retain customers. Translate market insight into a focused go-to-market plan
Lead and inspire the team: Develop, coach and scale a high-performing go-to-market organization. Unblock challenges, celebrate wins, and set a standard for performance and culture
Drive growth and execution: Oversee pipeline generation, deal velocity, and forecasting. Operating as a player-coach where needed to help close strategic opportunities
Deepen Customer Impact: Build trusted executive relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, bringing insights that shape our roadmap and relationships
Build the foundation for Scale: Implement systems, processes, and metrics that make growth predictable, measurable, and aligned with company objectives
Partnerships: Act as a thought leader and ambassador for our product, building meaningful partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Sales, GTM, or in a General Management capacity
Proven success leading teams and scaling operations in a high-growth environment
A strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare ecosystem is a huge plus
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and managing complex stakeholder partnerships
Strong analytical and forecasting skills, ability to make data-driven decisions
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Comfort in operating in ambiguity
A true collaborator, you thrive working across teams and functions
